Dr Nasr Al- Jafari

Dr Nas is originally form the UK where he trained as an allopathic doctor. Having moved over the UAE in 2015 and based now in Dubai, he is the Medical Director of DNA Health Clinic.

Dr Nas is a proud husband and father of twins.

Dr Nas’s particular focus is in modifying lifestyle factors, optimizing long-term health and prevention of chronic disease.

He offers a broad scope of cutting-edge treatment strategies for both adults and children, ranging from diabetes and obesity through to autism and dementia.

In my 17 years working as a doctor, it’s become obvious to me that health has become over-complicated and people are needlessly suffering, when staying ‘Well’ should be accessible to everybody.

Wellness has become far too confusing and we’re up against bad information. How to take best care of yourself seems to change all of the time and the professionals never seem to agree.

Fortunately, It’s my belief that we are under-going a transformational shift.

I have learnt that the use of Lifestyle Medicine - a whole food dietary lifestyle, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, and positive social connection - as a primary therapeutic modality can optimize lifespan through the prevention, reversal and modification of chronic disease.

I’ve dedicated my career, spending thousands of hours studying science-based practices from all over the world to get to the bottom of what keeps us healthy. I want to use this platform to share what I’ve learnt.

It’s my mission to help people reclaim power over their own health and Wellevate Life.
